Yes. The structural frame remains steel, while the exterior and interior finishes can be customized. Available options include EPS, Rock Wool, and PU sandwich panels, together with a variety of wall, flooring, and decorative finishes.

The porch is a custom-designed extension and is priced according to its size, structure, materials, and configuration. Width and length can be adjusted to suit the site and the client's requirements.

⒋ Can you provide furniture and appliances?
Yes. We can coordinate the procurement of kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, wardrobes, beds, sofas, lighting, and other interior furnishings through qualified suppliers, providing a more complete turnkey solution.

⒌ What foundation was used for this mountain project?
The house was installed on elevated concrete piers, a practical solution for uneven terrain. This foundation method helps accommodate site conditions, improve drainage, and keep the modular structure elevated above ground moisture.
