After shot blasting and degreasing, a phosphating primer is applied, followed by electrostatic powder coating baked at high temperature, reaching 60–80 microns in thickness. This dense, uniform layer resists rust, moisture, salt spray, and UV aging, passing over 1000 hours of salt-spray testing.
