The client owns a private hunting ranch deep in the semi-arid brush of Nuevo León. A factory-direct expandable house created a complete base camp where conventional construction logistics were impractical.

The nearest electricity source was four kilometres away. The owner installed a dedicated cable route so the factory-finished UVO house could connect immediately after arrival.

The 40ft unit combines a reinforced steel chassis, insulated enclosure, complete interior fit-out and a covered exterior living area suited to a hunting lodge.

After the concrete slab was prepared, the unit was positioned, unfolded, weather-sealed and connected to services. The rapid process reduced on-site labour and exposure to remote-site risks.
